Water: 320g
Cold Noodles: 200g
Cucumber: 10g
Coriander: 2g
Beef: 2 slices

Instructions
1.Prepare the soup base: Take 80g of cold noodle sauce and put it into a container, add 320g of chilled water, dilute it in a ratio of 1:4, stir well, and make the cold noodle soup base, set aside for later use.
2.Cook the cold noodles: Pour an appropriate amount of water into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then add 200g of cold noodles. Once cooked, remove and drain thoroughly.
