Streaky pork: 500g
Instructions
1.Marination: Wash 500g streaky pork, add 100g Yinghok char siu sauce, mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for ≥1 hour.
2.Cooking: Put marinated pork belly (with sauce) into a pot; add water to cover the pork.
3.Simmer over medium-low heat for 30 mins, then high heat to thicken sauce. Plate and serve.
